Social Islami Bank Bangladesh (SIBL) offers and supports you in:
- Construction/purchase of residential and commercial/commercial-residential houses/buildings/apartments/spaces etc.
- Extension/renovation of house/flat.
- Installation of lifts, generators, sub-stations, air-conditioners etc. for commercial and residential purposes.
Maximum Investment Amount:
- Residential Building: Maximum BDT 20.00 million
- Commercial buildings: Any amount but not exceeding 10% of the bank’s equity.
- If you fit into the following groups: Landlord(s), Service Holder(s), Traders, Professional(s), Expatriate(s), or if you can show us that you have a secure job, then this loan is right for you
Duration of Investment:
Maximum 15 years but maximum 10 years for commercial buildings.
