It is required for the application for the Maybank Mastercard Classic to present a copy of the NRIC or passport and if there are other supplementary applicants, information from those as well. The latest Tax Return (J Form).
Those that are employed, it is required to present the last 3 month’s salary slip, and the last 6 months’ savings account activity/ Current Account statements.
If self-employed, it is required to present a copy of the Business Registration and the latest 6 months Bank Statement.
What are the Fees & Charges?
For the principal cardholder, there is an annual fee of RM60, and RM90 if more cards are required for the principal cardholder. For the complementary card, the fee is RM 30 and RM60 if more cards are required.
