Requirements for employed customers
- Duly accomplished Application Form. You may also apply online through the AUB Mobile App.
- Two (2) Government ID with clear signature
- Latest BIR Form 2316 or Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Latest three (3) months payslip
- Certificate of Employment (COE) stating salary, position and length of service
- Proof of Billing Address
Requirements for Self Employed Customers
- Duly accomplished Application Form. You may also apply online through the AUB Mobile App
- Two (2) Government Issued ID of the owner and spouse
- DTI Registration
- G.I.S. (General Information Sheet)
- Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws with SEC Registration Certificate
- Audited Financial Statement for the last 2 years with latest Income Tax Return
- Bank statements for the last 6 months
- Corporate arrangements also have specific requirements.
