To take out a home loan from BDO bank you need to:

  • Between 21 and 70 years old at the end of the lease
  • Be a Filipino citizen or a foreign resident of the Philippines
  • Have a gross fixed annual income requirement of P50,000
  • Source of stable income from employment or business

If you meet these requirements, you can apply on the BDO vehicle loan application form.

What documents are needed to take out a BPO home loan?

  • The application form must be completed in full
  • Photocopy of one (1) valid ID that matches the application details (e.g. Driving Licence, Passport, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Taxpayer ID) Social Security (SSS), Government Service and Insurance (GSIS) eCard)
  • Property documents stated as collateral for the loan
  • For foreigners, Foreigner Registration Certificate with Employment Card
  • Submit an income document that matches the classification of your job as listed in the application form

Where to apply for the BDO home loan?

The entire application process can take place online through the BDO website or through internet banking, as well as in person at BDO units. It will be necessary to fill out the request form, send the supporting documents and if the bank deems it necessary, it will request new documentation.

Where will I receive and how will I pay the instalments?

Upon approval of the loan contract, the amounts will be deposited into a personal account created by BDO, if you do not already hold an account. The payment of instalments can be made through automatic deposit into the same account, or by depositing at the counter in any BDO unit.
