Have a valid CNIC/SNIC
Not in default of any financial institutions and public services.
The customer must be a resident of the rental in the same city for the last 02 years from where the loan was applied
The business location must be 02 years older in the same city since the funding application

What properties can I purchase with the Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar Loan?

The property must meet the requirement of being in the city where you reside for at least two years.

Other than that, the dimensions are:

Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC/SNIC)
Valid and Clean eCIB e NADRA Verisys
1 recent passport-style photograph of the Client
Proof of operation of the place of business for an entrepreneur (Formal/Informal)
Proof of the property to be mortgaged/documents of the property.
Appraiser Appraisal Report Approved by PBA
03 Salary Sheets, Employment Card on headed paper in the case of salaried employees
Bank statement of the last six months in the case of Entrepreneur and Salaried Class
Commitment towards the homeowner for the first time
Telco data consent form
