  •  附卡申请人身份证正反面复印件；
  • 如果申请人是主卡持卡人配偶的父母，还需附上主卡持卡人和主卡持卡人配偶的身份证正反面复印件。
  • *为防止假冒案件的发生，如果您是首次申请花旗信用卡原卡或附属卡，请附上您的驾照、护照或健康保险卡的复印件并附上照片。

费用：

CITI PRESTIGE主卡年费24,000 TWD（附属卡无限次免年费）。即日起至2023/12/31，若持卡人在年费产生时符合花旗私人理财VIP年费减免资格（若产生年费，已开户的花旗私人理财VIP 3个月及以上，并持续满足花旗私人财富管理VIP资格），可减免CITI PRESTIGE年費用 24,000 TWD。
